An order can be cancelled at any time, but expenses are incurred beginning when the order is placed.  If an order is cancelled prior to the property inspection, the entire amount will be refunded minus a $25 order assignment fee.  If an order is cancelled after the property has been inspected, the entire amount will be refunded minus a $100 inspection fee.  Once the appraisal has been delivered to to the client the entire fee is nonrefillable.  Refunds will be processes within 7 days of cancellation. 

Privacy Policy

The information provided when an appraisal order is placed is used only to complete the appraisal order.  Information deemed necessary to complete the assignment, including but not limited to the contact information for parties of the mortgage transaction, will be shared with the appraiser only and will not be passed on to any other 3rd party.  At no time is this information used for any other purpose.  To prevent unauthorized access to this information, the appraisal order form is secured by 128-bit secure socket layer encryption.  We also employ proper physical and managerial processes to ensure the information is safeguarded.
